What’s your payment and fulfillment policy?

All coaching sessions are billed after they’re completed. Your card on file will be charged automatically prior to the 10th of the following month. You’ll receive an invoice summarizing your sessions and services.

Because coaching is a time-based, personalized service, refunds are not offered for completed sessions or missed appointments. However, I am always happy to address any concerns and work with you to ensure you’re supported moving forward.

All sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom or phone, depending on your preference. Session details and reminders are sent via email. Group coaching sessions and classes are also hosted live online, with materials provided digitally.

Due to the nature of coaching, completed sessions cannot be returned or exchanged. If there’s an issue or you’re unsure about continuing, please reach out—we can revisit your coaching plan together.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. This policy honors both your time and mine—and helps maintain consistent momentum in your growth.
